This recipe is stolen from Emeril Lagasse. Great for red beans and rice, gumbos, blackened fish, or seasoning shrimp. Mix the ingredients in a bowl and store in a container. A must for the spice rack.

  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Thyme
