Prep time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

4 cups roasted chicken, diced

1 cup diced celery

2 cups sliced red or green grapes

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lemon juice

3 tablespoons curry powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a large bowl toss and combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour. Serve on toasted bread or in a wrap
