Ingredients

 1 or more eggs that have been warmed to room temperature

Water in a pan to cover

Directions

Place enough water in the pan to cover the eggs by about an inch

Bring water to 140F

Place eggs into water for 3.5 minutes.  Do not allow water temperature to exceed 142F or eggs will cook.

A sous vide is a great tool for this since the water can be maintained at the optimal temperature.
